About The Coalface Gym

The Coalface Training
Three class tracks, one coaching standard. Underground is our full CrossFit-style class, Open Cut is functional strength and conditioning without the technical learning curve, and Engine is conditioning and work capacity built around running, machines, sleds and stations.
