Open Cut runs the same format as every class at The Coalface Gym — warm-up, strength or skill work, then a conditioning piece. The difference is the movement menu. Kettlebells, dumbbells, rowing, bodyweight work — functional movements that build real fitness without needing years of technique behind them.
Every movement is coached and scaled to where you're at. If something doesn't work for your body right now, it gets modified. No exceptions, no embarrassment. Open Cut pairs with Engine — between the two, you've got six days of training covered.
