We're easy to find

We're located at 6/8 Hall St, Newcastle West — just behind Marketown. There's easy parking out front, cafes nearby for a post-session caffeine boost, and a pub around the corner for the arvo crowd. No judgement.

Do I need to be fit before I join?

No. And that's kind of the point. There'll be movements you can't do at first — that's fine, and nobody cares. The coaches scale everything to where you're at. The fitness comes later from showing up consistently.

Can I drop-in for a session?

Yep. Book one straight from the Memberships page — takes about two minutes. If you've got questions before the class, send us a message.

How much does it cost?

The full breakdown is on the Memberships page — but the short version: trial four weeks is $129, weekly memberships start at $55. No lock-ins, no fine print.

What kind of training do you do?

Coached group classes built around Mayhem programming — functional fitness that covers strength, conditioning, and the kind of work that makes you harder to kill. The training is serious. The ego isn't.

What do I need to bring?

Yourself and a water bottle. We've got everything else. No specific gear, no experience required — just show up.

Is there parking?

Heaps of it — out front and along the street. Metered between 9am and 5pm (cheers, council), free outside those hours. One of the perks of getting up at the crack of dawn to throw some barbells around.

Can I try before I commit?

Book a drop-in if you want to try a single session first. Or grab the $129 trial (4 weeks, full access) — after that, it rolls into our Unlimited membership automatically. Cancel any time before then if it's not for you.

$129 gets you four weeks of full access — every class, two recovery sessions a week, and open gym access from 4am to 10pm. No joining fee. At the end of four weeks you roll into Unlimited, or cancel before that. No awkward sales call, no passive-aggressive follow-up texts.
