This class is built to help you stay strong, steady and independent. Every session is coached, simple to follow and adjusted to suit where you are at. The goal is not to smash you. The goal is to help you move well and build confidence over time.

Do I need gym experience?
No. This class is designed for people who may not feel comfortable in a normal gym. We show you what to do and keep it simple.
What if I have injuries or limitations?
Tell us before you start. Movements can be adjusted, and the intro session helps us understand what is appropriate for you.
Will it be too hard?
No. The goal is useful, steady progress. You will work, but you will not be thrown into something unsafe or overwhelming.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes. Coming with a friend is a great way to start, especially if you are nervous about trying something new.
